Welcome to NoContact AI. By downloading, installing, or using our application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoContact AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

NoContact AI is a wellness application designed to support individuals going through relationship breakups. The App provides AI-powered chat support, mood tracking, streak counting, journaling, and emotional analysis features.

NoContact AI is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call your local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NoContact AI. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account & Data

NoContact AI does not require account registration. All personal data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• NoContact AI offers free and premium subscription tiers.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are generated by machine learning models and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or helpful.
• AI responses do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
• We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated content.
• You should not rely solely on the App for emotional or mental health support.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or overload the AI chat system
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
• Share harmful, threatening, or abusive content through the AI chat
• Use the App to harm, stalk, or harass another person

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in NoContact AI are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoContact AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
