To delete what our server holds, send the install ID shown at the bottom of the app's Settings.

What is free?

The counter, the SOS, check-ins, the weekly recap, the slip log, reminders and export, plus 5 coach messages a day and a free coach reply in up to 3 SOS sessions a day. Pro adds unlimited coach messages and your patterns.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app: Settings → Manage subscription. Or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → No Contact AI. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the purchase.

I bought Pro on another phone, or reinstalled the app.

Where is my data?

What you write is kept in the app's storage on your iPhone. Coach messages go through our server to OpenAI, only after you allow it in the app; our server does not keep them. The app also sends anonymous usage statistics, which you can turn off in Settings → Your data. The Privacy Policy has the details.

How do I get my data out, or delete it?

Settings → Your data → Export my data shares it as a JSON file and text. Settings → Your data → Delete everything erases it from your phone. For what our server holds, e-mail us the install ID from the bottom of Settings.

My counter shows the wrong day.

Settings → Last contact. The counter counts from the day you set there.

Does it work offline?

The counter, the SOS, check-ins, the weekly recap and the slip log work offline. The coach needs a connection.
