How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → NoContact AI → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the current billing period ends.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the charge you'd like refunded.

Is my data private?

Yes. All personal data (mood logs, journal entries, streak data) is stored locally on your device. AI chat messages are processed in real-time and never stored on our servers.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete All Data. This removes everything permanently from your device.

Can I use the app offline?

Most features work offline — streak tracking, mood logging, and journaling. AI chat requires an internet connection.
