End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and NoContact AI ("Licensor") for the use of the NoContact AI mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

2. Scope of License

• You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not distribute, sublicense, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the App to third parties.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the App.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store:

• Weekly: Billed weekly after any applicable trial period.
• Monthly: Billed monthly after any applicable trial period. Includes a 3-day free trial for first-time subscribers.
• Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent access.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate chat responses, emotional analysis, and recovery insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and supportive purposes only.
• AI responses do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or therapeutic advice.
• The Licensor makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• You should not rely solely on the App for emotional or mental health support.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to code, design, graphics, branding, AI models, and documentation, are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you any rights to the Licensor's trademarks, service marks, or trade names.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies in your possession.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

This EULA is between you and the Licensor only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
